​The Heart's Mission Creative Therapy
We are all moving towards a community of health and safe boundaries as we navigate a pandemic in modern times.
The Heart's Mission Creative Therapy offers in-person sessions with masks and regular sanitization routines. We also continue to offer Integrative Counselling, Art Therapy and Dis​tance Reiki sessions by telephone and zoom teleconference for those who wish to remain at home.

If you have booked an in-person session, please note the following changes:
The day before your appointment it is mandatory that you complete the online pre-screening by accessing the BC document here: https://bc.thrive.health/covid19/en
If you have completed this and you have been given the go ahead to continue we look forward to seeing you the following day. If you answered yes for any of the questions please follow their guidelines and cancel your appointment.
- please arrive only a few minutes early, so we can minimize contact in the waiting area
- If you are feeling ill, including fever, chills, cough, shortness of breath, sore throat, headache, fatigue, stuffy or runny nose, or loss of smell, you must cancel your appointment. We are more than happy to reschedule your appointment when you are symptom free.
We are taking precautions to minimize exposure at our healing office by:
- staggering session times between practitioners
- offering hand sanitizer in the waiting area and session rooms
- wearing a cloth face mask at all times in the office space
- sanitizing common areas throughout the day
